PRESS RELEASE
The Baie des Chaleurs International Chamber Music Festival will revive the Beatles music at their 2008 benefit-concert A mark out for the great 12th edition to come
13 musicians will perform, indeed, at the Dalhousie St-Jean-Baptiste Church, Sunday, April 6th at 8 pm, to offer you a benefit-concert bubbling with stunning virtuosity and precious memories. You will undoubtedly be moved by Les Boréades de Montréal ensemble, and, at other times, dazzled by their refined sonority, their engaging approach and their wit. This ensemble have already delighted large audiences in New Brunswick and Quebec, and with their CD, everywhere else in Canada. A concert not to be missed! Visit: www.boreades.com
Whether a nostalgic fan of the “Fab Four” or just curious of this era and this legendary group, everyone, seniors, adults and younger ones, will be pleased with this memorable production and surely tempted to hum along with the music. And, while enjoying a great evening for the modest sum of 20$, they will be contributing to the financing of an important cultural and tourism development activity of their region and province.
We wish all our friends, past subscribers, and concert-goers will come in great numbers with friends, children and families, and also tell their colleagues and personnel about this event. Any effort in this direction will help to achieve the needed support of their Festival.
